Elevate your outdoor experience to the next level with one of our most iconic tents. Most suited for vehicle/site camping, our Tactical V-Tarp 4.0 provides extensive, configurable space for the usual activities, such as cooking, resting, communal gatherings and playing games. 

This freestanding shelter offers both stability and flexibility, with enough room to keep a motorcycle out of the elements or dock your mid-size vehicle under the open entrance.

  • Utilitarian and spacious design. Spacious interior—at least 12sqm of livable, full-height space—to accommodate adventures of all scales and up to 8 people (in sleeping bags). Main tent flaps can be secured with 2 poles each and guy lines for a porch-like shaded area for communal activities.
  • Functional features. Mesh windows above doors provide ventilation and reduce condensation inside tent. Mesh inner skirt facilitates drainage of inner condensation.
  • Intuitive details. Oversized front and rear split dual layer doors, and side triangle panels can be unzipped, rolled up and secured separately. Choose between waterproofing and privacy; breathability and insect protection or a completely open concept.
  • 4-season tent. Mud flaps keep the snow and mud out while all tent openings feature outer and inner (mesh) flaps for hotter weather.
  • Straightforward set-up. Only 4 tent poles in total coupled with intuitive sleeves and clips on the tent canopy make set-up and disassembly quick and hassle-free.
  • Freestanding. Tent is designed to stand on its own in mild weather conditions. During windier or rougher weather, utilise the provided J-stakes and guy lines to anchor and stabilise the tent.
  • Robust and stable. DAC DA17 poles used are designed for securing large tents or tarps.
  • Performance fabrics for withstanding the elements. 70D nylon ripstop is made to withstand the elements. Sil/PU double-sided coating provides UV protection and water resistance (5,000mm).

We hope you never have an issue, but if there is, we’ve got your back. Our tent warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to five years from the original purchase date.

For limited edition frames and skins, any replacements are only on an 'if available' basis. Otherwise, we reserve the right to offer an alternative frame/skin replacement or a partial refund.

Tent warranty claims & repairs have to be sent back to the Helinox Service Centre in Korea to process and complete. Please keep in mind the potential lengthy downtime should there be a need for a warranty claim.
