Helinox has built its reputation by engineering products that exceed consumer expectations for quality and durability. The Helinox 5-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the original owner’s date of purchase.

Helinox Pacific Pte. Ltd. ("HPPL") warrants purchases made via helinox.com.sg and official distributors/retailers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. A valid warranty is thus based on the date of purchase invoice/receipt and the product must be purchased from the aforementioned sales channels. 

HPPL may, at its discretion, service warranties of products purchased from other official Helinox sales channels based on their respective terms of sale:

• helinox.com - 5-year warranty
• helinox.eu - 5-year warranty
• helinox.co.kr / HCC Seoul / HCC Busan / HCC Jeju - 1-year warranty
• helinox.tokyo / HCC Tokyo - 1-year warranty

HPPL will repair or replace, at its discretion, any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. The Helinox warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents (fire/lost/stolen), combat damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.
