Refund policy
Our customers' satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, we have a "no questions asked" returns policy that allows you to return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). However, you will need to cover the cost of shipping your product(s) back to us.
All you have to do is return the product(s) in an 'as new' condition (undamaged and with original tags and packaging) within 14 days of receiving them and we will refund your purchase cost via the original payment method. Your purchase cost is equivalent to the full price less any (pro-rated) discounts.
However, certain products, such as collaborations, limited edition products and final sales, will not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. For such products, a refund will be made strictly in the form of a store gift card (see here for our Gift Card terms), which cannot be exchanged for cash. This will be indicated clearly in the product description. Additionally, products purchased in order to qualify for a 'Gift With Purchase' type promotion will not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method and a refund will be made strictly in the form of a store gift card.
To ensure the goods remain in 'as new' condition, we recommend trying them inside your home first. Any use outside will scuff the feet, skin or frame of the product and will render the item 'used' rather than 'as new'.

Please allow a few days for us to process your return and another 5-7 days for your bank to process the refund to your method of payment.
In the unlikely event of a product fault or damaged goods, please contact us before returning the item.
