Whenever you submit personal and non-personal information via our website or otherwise to us, whether online or offline, you consent to the collection, use disclosure, transfer and storage of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

INTENDED AUDIENCE OF WEBSITE
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. As a result, our website does not request or knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If you are not 13 or older, you should not visit or use our website.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Website or Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

REQUEST FOR DELETION OF DATA

We will process such a request within a reasonable time and it may take up to thirty (30) days for this to be reflected in our systems. Our ability to comply with your deletion request is subject to any applicable legal or other requirement to maintain certain records of your personal data. In that regard, please note that the deletion of your personal data from our database will result in us not being able to provide you with the products or services that you have requested from us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
