Helinox Raffle Terms & Conditions

  1. The Helinox Raffle ("Raffle") is run by Helinox Pacific Pte Ltd (“Helinox”).
  2. Raffle draws are open to anyone who has purchased a Raffle ticket and each Raffle ticket entitles you to 1 entry to the Raffle. The Raffle ticket corresponds to your order number (e.g. #HPxxxx). Thus, each person is allowed to purchase multiple Raffle tickets but each Raffle ticket must have its own unique order number. For example, if you were to purchase 1 ticket each in 2 orders (e.g. #HP9990 and #HP9991), this counts as 2 entries for you. But if you were to make one order (e.g. #HP9990) with a quantity of 2 tickets, it would still be considered 1 entry only.
  3. Each Raffle ticket is only valid for the Raffle held on the date and time stated (17, 18 or 19 Jan 2025) at the Helinox booth (B10) at Culture Cartel 2025.
  4. Winners will be drawn at random during each Raffle. Consolation prizes will be drawn first before the main prize will be drawn.
  5. Winners will be called out according to their order number (#HPxxxx) and announced. Winners must be present during the announcement and present their order confirmation/invoice, which shows their order number #HPxxxx clearly, to claim their prize. After a 3-2-1 count, missed number callouts will not be entertained and said person will lose their entry and right to the prize, permitting Helinox to call out a new winning number. 
  6. Prize winners will claim their prize on-site at the booth at the conclusion of the Raffle.
  7. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  8. Helinox reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value.
  9. The decision of Helinox regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding and no correspondence regarding this will be entertained.
  10. Helinox does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Raffle or being selected for a prize.
  11. If prizes are products that come with a valid warranty when purchased, such prize will also be entitled to a warranty. If not, no warranty is provided.
  12. Helinox reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Raffle draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  13. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all entrants (including winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
